What's in the dashboard
A roster overview with each creator's status and last scan, and a page per creator with their match and takedown counts, their last scan, and the names and handles we search for. On the 1st of each month the account owner gets a report email for the month before: notices sent, pages our rechecks found gone, and what is still being pursued.
How billing works for agencies
Agency accounts are priced per creator seat, at the plan prices on our pricing page. Adding a creator adds a seat, charged right away for the rest of the billing period. Removing a creator stops their scans, and the seat comes off your bill from the next billing period.
Onboarding your roster
Add creators one at a time from the dashboard: their names, aliases and handles, plus optional reference photos. For each one you confirm they are 18 or older and that you hold their written authorization for us to file takedown notices on their behalf. Scanning starts once the creator is added.
