1.About DeleteMyLeaks

2.What the service does and does not include

The service provides:

• Continuous monitoring of the web for unauthorized distributions of your content.
• Automated generation and submission of DMCA takedown notices to hosts and search engines.
• Dashboard visibility into detections, submissions, and removal outcomes.

3.Your copyright ownership warranty

By using the service you represent and warrant that:

• You own or hold exclusive rights to all content you submit for monitoring.
• You authorize DeleteMyLeaks to act as your agent for DMCA notice submissions under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c).
• All information you provide about infringements is accurate, complete, and provided in good faith.
• You understand that DMCA notices are submitted under penalty of perjury and that knowingly filing false notices may result in criminal prosecution and civil liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4.Agencies and third-party use

If you use the service on behalf of another creator or as part of an agency:

• You must hold explicit written authorization from the copyright owner to act on their behalf.
• You must have verified that the represented creator owns the content submitted for monitoring.
• You accept full legal and financial responsibility for all notices filed through accounts you manage.
• Violations by any person you represent may result in termination of your account and all associated accounts.

6.DMCA authorized agent

By subscribing, you grant Deletemyleaks LLC written authorization to act as your DMCA authorized agent under 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA Safe Harbor). Operating under this authorization, we submit formal copyright notices to platforms, hosts, and search engines on your behalf — requesting removal of infringing content and alerting service providers to their DMCA safe harbor obligations.

This authorization covers your content across: OnlyFans leaks, stolen creator content, reposted photos and videos, unauthorized uploads, piracy, and AI-generated impersonations of your likeness.

This authorization is limited strictly to content you own and explicitly identify for monitoring. You warrant that you are the copyright holder or have rights to authorize enforcement.

7.Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to:

• Submit DMCA notices for content you do not own or have rights to.
• Target competitors' lawful content to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass or intimidate individuals through abuse of the takedown process.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass plan restrictions.
• Attempt to access, copy, or reverse-engineer our detection systems.
• Engage in any illegal activity or violate the rights of third parties.

8.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeleteMyLeaks from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: false or inaccurate takedown notices; your breach of the copyright ownership warranty; claims by recipients of notices filed on your behalf; or your misuse of the service.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeleteMyLeaks' total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits or revenue; reputational damage; or third-party claims arising from takedown notices filed on your behalf.

10.Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to have repeatedly submitted false or abusive takedown notices. Accounts subject to two or more substantiated complaints of abuse may be suspended and terminated without refund.

11.Account termination and data

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, prohibited use, or to protect the safety of other users.

After termination you have 30 days to export your data. We permanently delete your data after that window, except for records we are required to retain for legal or financial compliance.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent site notice with at least 14 days advance notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

13.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
