Frequently Asked Questions

Once your agency account is set up, you add each creator on your roster to it. Each creator is scanned on your plan's schedule and has their own matches and takedown notices. The dashboard shows scans and takedown status per creator, and the account owner gets a monthly report email.

Not today. The agency account sees every creator on the roster, and there are no separate creator logins or shared per-creator views. The monthly report email goes to the account owner.

An agency account is run from the owner's login. Team invitations and roles such as viewer or manager are not available today.

Per creator seat. Each creator on your roster is one seat at your plan's price on our pricing page, billed monthly or yearly. The price per seat is the same however many creators you add. Questions about a large roster? Contact us.

You can remove a creator from your roster at any time. Their scans stop, and the seat comes off your bill from the next billing period. Their past findings and sent notices are kept on file, not deleted.
