We don't know. We have never sent SimpCity a notice, so we have no results to report. If the forum has no DMCA or contact page you can use, send the notice to its hosting provider, its CDN or its domain registrar instead.

Usually not on SimpCity. Threads mostly link out to separate file hosts, such as Bunkr, Cyberdrop or Gofile. Report each file link to the host it is on, through that host's DMCA address or report form. Once a host deletes a file, every thread that links to it points at nothing.

You can ask. Report it to the forum if it publishes a contact, or to its host or CDN if it doesn't. A WHOIS or RDAP lookup of the domain (ICANN's lookup tool works) names the registrar, and the site's IP address points to its host. If the site sits behind Cloudflare, use Cloudflare's abuse form, which passes copyright reports on to the site's host.

You can ask. Google's copyright removal form for Search takes the thread URLs and the same statements as a DMCA notice. Bing has its own content removal form, and Bing's results also feed Yahoo and DuckDuckGo. This hides the thread in search results but does not delete it, and neither engine promises a date.

Six things: your physical or electronic signature (a typed full name is common); the work that was copied, such as a link to your original post; the exact URL of every thread post or file; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the content or are authorized to act for the owner. Sites can pass a notice on to the person who posted the content, so use contact details you are comfortable sharing.

Scheduled re-scans pick up new threads posted under your names. We don't send notices to SimpCity itself, and we don't follow a thread's links out to file hosts, so for the thread and its files, use the steps above.

No one can promise a time. It depends on the file hosts, the forum, its host and the search engines, and none of them publish a turnaround. Keep a dated log of what you sent and check the thread and the file links again after a few days.
